·         Worked closely and reported directly to Project Managers of job site operations as a liaison between Morris County representatives/officials and the technical disciplines involved in designing, permitting, and constructing solar PV projects between 70 kilowatts and 4 megawatts in size.

·         Reviewed numerous project sites and provided preliminary feasibility/cost analysis during early and late construction stage cycles for the Associate Vice Presidents of Solar Division.

Wanzek Heavy/Industrial Constructors, Salisbury, MA

·         Helped to continually update drawings with changes as issued by Consultants/Engineers for a 5.7 MW Solar PV ground mount solar array system- The Largest Private Solar Farm in the Northeast US (New England). The solar farm will commercially produce seven million kilowatt-hours of electricity every year, enough to power 1,000 homes, displacing some 500,000 gallons of oil that would be needed to do the same.

·         Assisted with developing conflict resolutions to drawings and specifications by conferring with the Consultants/Engineers. Coordinated these solutions with the various sub-trades accordingly.

·         Collaborated with Project Manager/Engineer in enforcing on-field quality control and quality assurance with subcontractors.

·         Delivered regular actual and forecast project status reports.

·         Part took in the Development of construction close-out documents (i.e.: emergency fire safety plans, O&M Manuals).

·         Reviewed construction documents to ensure compliance with EPC contract

·         Inspected sub-contractual work and established Civil & Electrical final punch list items.
